30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging included when possible.

Eligible Return Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Item is free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, glitter residue, or damage.
  • Item includes original packaging and tags when possible.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For quality and hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items with stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or signs of use.
  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked final sale at checkout.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Personalized or custom items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

  • Include your order number.
  • Tell us which item you’d like to return.
  • Share the reason for the return so we can assist you quickly.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns must be reviewed and approved before being shipped back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest option is to start a return and place a new order for the correct size.

This helps avoid inventory delays and gets the right dress to your little princess faster.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
