Order Processing
We work hard to get every Sparkle Kids order packed and ready for its magical journey as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a tracking email once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier delivery speed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high seasonal demand.
If your tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help look into it.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
- If your order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Include your order number and any helpful details or photos so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times vary by country and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
