I am still waiting for this mermaid dress . My granddaughters birthday was last week . I was promised. It would be here July 15 now the seller is telling me August 10 the birthday is over now I want my money back in full . Except the seller has not made any effort to reimburse me so I do not recommend buying this dress

I think the image is A.I, the dress doesn’t look like the photo. I was very disappointed with the quality of the dress, my daughter was so excited and this was a let down. The stitchy looks poorly made, the top of the dress isn’t even, the sleeves are different lengths. Not worth the price

Placed order on 7/6 after messaging seller saying needed by 7/20 she said no problem would get in “7ish days” it is now 7/15 and tracking says label was printing but USPS is waiting for packing which means she’s never dropped the package off.. I’ve messaged two days in a row now and no response. I messaged before ordering making sure I’d have for my daughter’s birthday she picked this mermaid outfit out and she is going to be so disappointed that it’s not here. Frustrated with no response back to my messages.
